CARP requires directors, officers and employees to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. Any CARP employee, director, or volunteer has the right to approach the President of the Board of Directors with any concern that he or she has regarding CARP, without fear of retaliation. This Whistleblower Policy is intended to encourage and enable employees and others to raise credible concerns internally so that CARP can address and correct inappropriate conduct and actions.
